Hi, I love the clock. Bought it about 1 year ago (off amazon). Unfortunately, one of the tube burned out yesterday. This is not a model where the tubes are replaceable. Can you help me fix it? Thanks, Ken Rubin
Admin Reply by: admin
Hello Ken It's better to contact your seller, as all the clocks are different, and one master may be quite difficult to fix the clock made by another master. Good luck David

Good afternoon, I am building my own nixie clock inspired by the Steam Punk here on the website. But I can not find the 3 leg corners used on the clock and the raster in the middle. Do you sell those aswell?
Admin Reply by: admin
Hello, Thank you for your request. Sorry, I don't provide corners only, as they are made for the exact body. It may mismatch with yours. David

Hello! I can't complete my order in your store! Why don't you setup more stable processing like paypal.com or paymenthub.online? PayPal.com charges 3%, Paymenthub.online just 0.1% and setup is free.
Admin Reply by: admin
Hello, thank you for your question. The point is that posting item via Etsy / Ebay / Lavky is more safe and reliable for pre-orders. Customer feel safe when they pay via Etsy rather then just send you money via PayPal.

Hi there, Do you have the ability to add an alarm function into your clocks? All the best, the clocks look fantastic!
Admin Reply by: admin
Hello, thank you for your question. Nowadays there's no such a function as alarm clock. Because I don't want it to have "cheap sound", I am in the middle of the process of creation mechanical alarm clock. Though, the prototype may take up to several months, because it's handcrafted 100%. Thank you for your feedback.

G'day from Melbourne Australia, My name is David Redknap, and I messaged you earlier in the year regarding the budget bedside nixie clock. You quoted $200US for building, and $70US for delivery. I realise I've left it a bit late, but am now looking to buy. If I were to commit to purchase, pay deposit etc, when would you be able to deliver? I had mentioned the different aussie AC power, but you suggested using a travel power adaptor to workaround this. You must be rushed off your feet, I understand, but if you could let me know, I'd much appreciate it! Thanks in Advance for Your Help! David Redknap

Fantastic and cool-looking items. A couple of questions: 1) do the tubes get excessively warm/hot? 2) I've seen that the tubes can last from 12 years to 200,000 hours (nearly 23 years) - which is it closer to? 3) are the tubes easily replaceable and are they even obtainable? Thanks!
Admin Reply by: admin
Hello Mike! Thank you for such interesting questions and feedback! 1) do the tubes get excessively warm/hot? - nope, absolutely not! 2) I've seen that the tubes can last from 12 years to 200,000 hours (nearly 23 years) - which is it closer to? - in average, all 6 tubes will last for 12 years (for this we give guarantee and 1 spare tube). After that some may start blinking and may "die". But some may still work 23+year. 3) are the tubes easily replaceable and are they even obtainable? - yes, they are replaceable and obtainable. Regards David

Hello i am in the UK and wondered if could sip here. Also I have tried searching for you on ebay but with no luck are you selling on ebay.co.uk or just ebay.com? I would really like to buy one as a present, so if you could let me know if you can send to the uk that would be great. Best wishes

Hello Rachel, I guess my partner has already answered you on etsy.com, right? As for the ebay - yes, no problem, we can post the lot there too. You won't find active lots because we work only by pre-order (no payment needed). Once the lot is ready we post it on etsy.com/ebay.com where the customer may buy it. Kind regards David
