I have seen these clocks and they are beautiful. One things is that they are smaller an 8" long and couple of inches high. Do you make them larger? What is the largest size I can order and how do I do that? Thank you.

Hello Larry, Thank you for your question. What dimensions are you interested in? Kind regards David

Hi, Your clocks are absolutely stunning! I saw them maybe one or two years ago, and fell in love with them immediately. Unfortunately they’re out of reach for me. But I can dream, can’t I? Now, I was scrolling through my FB-feed and found an ad that reminded me of your clocks. I don’t know if you’re interested but it feels like they hi-jacked your design. And with the pricing it feels like a scam. Just wanted to notify you. And if you take this down or don’t publish it - whatever way this works - I don’t mind. Best regards, /Frederick

Your clocks appear to be beautiful! Do you use a processor to drive them? If so which? I'm interested in tying a clock into my home automation over WiFi to allow automatic time setting, turning off tubes when the house is empty, and dimming them based on conditions. I wouldn't expect support, exactly, though a copy of the source you use for firmware might be handy. Is this something you are open too?

Hello, very neat idea you've got there. Our clocks are not IOT, they are not connected to Wi-Fi. We craft them using our own PCB and programming them. Though, I know that one can find detailed instruction of similar clock on radiokot portal. E.g. https://radiokot.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?f=51&t=83935&start=2360

Can any of the nexie clocks be synced with satellites for more accurate time? My old nexie clocked synced and I still have the syncing device that plugs into the clock and has a small cable that I put under the close window and had it outside where it could interrogate the satellites. Thanks, Les Frazier

Hello These clocks do not sync with the satellites yet, but we're working on it. Thank you

Hello, I am interested in buying the Steampunk clock. I had left a message a few days ago but have not heard back. I know the clock comes with one bulb. I wanted to buy an extra one. So two in total. How much will that cost? When a bulb is replaced do you just plug it in or is it more complicated than that? If I need more in the future can I purchase them from you? Thanks Tessa

I am very sorry for such a late reply. Emailed you with the details. Kind regards David

Hello, I am interested in Steampunk. I was wondering how hard it is to replace a burnt out bulb. Do you just re-plug it in? Is it that easy or is there more involved. I see in the description that you include one extra bulb, how much more will it be if I get another one. So two in total? In the future if multiple bulbs burn out can I purchase them from you?
Admin Reply by: admin
Hello, Thank you for all your questions. 1. To re-plug the tube you have to be a little bit involve, though, I send video manual if needed. 2. If you buy 2 clocks you will get 2 spare tubes (but usually customers don't need them for years). 3. Sure, you can purchase tubes anytime from me. Kind regards David
